About Strand Development Ltd

Strand Development Limited was initially established as a quantity surveying, estimating, and project management consultancy but after several years of assisting clients with their developments, I decided to take the leap and undertake the full build services as a main contractor.

Fast forward a year and Strand Development Limited has established itself as a trustworthy groundworks and development contractor with a reputation for quality throughout East Anglia.

Our work is a testament to years of working on the client side which has resulted in knowing exactly what is needed by anyone who engages our services.

Working with the mindset of ‘client first’ our aim is repeat business via maximising our client’s profits and offering a truly seamless journey from conception to completion. 

I am very proud of what we do and our ability to adapt to client requirements across domestic, commercial, demolition, and housebuilding sectors.
